MzNotaryMN is committed to providing professional, precise, and timely apostille courier services. Because each apostille request involves specialized handling and state-level processing, the following policies apply:

State Rejections

In the rare event that the Minnesota Secretary of State (SOS) rejects a document for reasons outside of MzNotaryMN’s control (e.g., incorrect notarization, missing seals, or ineligible document type):

• Reprocessing Fee: $75 per document for resubmission to the SOS.
   
• Correction Assistance (if applicable): $50 flat fee to correct notarization or documentation issues.
   
• State Fees: Any additional MN SOS fees must be paid again by the client.
   
• Courier Service: If reprocessed within 7 days, no additional courier fee applies.
   

Non-Refundable Services

Because services begin immediately upon acceptance of your documents, service fees are non-refundable once courier processing has started.

• This applies even if the SOS later rejects the document due to issues beyond my control.
   
• Clients are encouraged to verify document eligibility with MzNotaryMN prior to submission.
   

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on the MN SOS’s published processing schedules. While I make every effort to expedite your documents, MzNotaryMN cannot guarantee state processing times or outcomes.
