What you need to know:

- The Minnesota SOS accepts online appointments only (usually booked out 12-14 days)
- There are NO walk-in appointments.
- Document Drop-off and Pick-up: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm. (usually apostilled in approx. 2-5 days.)

- You decide how MzNotaryMN receives your document(s): by hand-delivery, mailed directly to MzNotaryMN, or arrangements for MzNotaryMN to pick up your documents at a convenient location within a 25-mile radius of 55102.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.

- Be sure your documents are completed and notarized properly before delivering or handing them to MzNotaryMN to be apostilled on your behalf.
- If your document(s) are rejected by the MN Secretary of State, there are NO refunds.
****In the rare event that the Minnesota Secretary of State rejects a document
for reasons beyond MzNotaryMN’s control, a reduced reprocessing fee
of $75 per document applies, plus any additional state fees. If corrections
are required, a $50 assistance fee may be charged to resolve issues
before resubmission.
