MINNESOTA NOTARY FEE: $5.00 per notarial act (one signature/one stamp) for each document that needs to be notarized. Available to anyone in need of a notarized document.
General notary fees do not include mobile fees.
**Mileage fee prices are subject to change. As of January 1, 2025, the IRS standard mileage rate will increase from $0.67 to $0.70.

I will provide exceptional and stress-free service as I walk your borrower/purchaser through that huge stack of loan documents and ensure they understand what they are signing.

Included within a 90-mile roundtrip. 91+ miles roundtrip: $0.70 per mile travel fee

Mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1-page document to over 300+ pages. Real estate loan document fees are one set price and are not charged per stamp and signature.
