As a Loan Closing Signing Agent, Mz. Notary MN will professionally assist title companies, mortgage companies, and realtors with the accurate and professional signing of real estate documents, walk borrowers through that huge stack of loan documents, and ensure the borrower understands what they are signing. This includes purchasing and refinancing as well as residential and commercial properties.

Mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1-page document to over 300+ pages. Fees are one set price, and you are not charged per signature.
