TRAVEL/ADMIN/PROCESSING FEE:
$45 up to 29 miles round trip - includes 1st Stamp & signature.
$65 + $0.70 per mile travel fee 30-59 miles round trip
$85 + $0.70 per mile travel fee 60+ miles round trip
in addition to the general notary fee(s) of $5 for each notarization.

Notary MN will professionally assist title companies, mortgage companies, realtors and individuals with the accurate and professional signing of real estate documents. I will provide exceptional and stress-free service as I walk your borrower/purchaser through that huge stack of loan documents and ensure they understand what they are signing.
Real Estate Signing Service:

Included within a 90-mile roundtrip. 91+ miles roundtrip: $0.70 per mile travel fee
in addition to the agreed-upon signing service fee.

Mortgage documents and general notary work are NOT priced the same. Loan documents can range from a 1-page document to over 300+ pages. Real estate loan document fees are one set price and are not charged per stamp and signature.
